LMB Services, LLC is a Louisiana Licensed General Contractor that specializes in Civil and Heavy Construction Public Works Projects. LMB has been owned and operated by Mr. Louis M. Badalamenti since 1988. Based in Belle Chasse, LA, LMB serves entire southeast Louisiana.

Louis is the Qualifying Party for all four classifications. In 32 years, LMB has never received a single fine, citation, or been the subject of an administrative action from the State Licensing Board for Contractors or any other governmental agency.

Quality Control Program

LMB Services, LLC Project Supervisory Personal Louis M. Badalamenti and Raymond W. Bianchini are trained and certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Contractor Quality Management (CQM). LMB routinely deploys a Quality Control Program that meets, or exceeds, USACE standards. Prior to starting the work, LMB prepares and submits to the Architect/Engineer and Owner a project specific Q.C. Plan.
The basic minimum components of the Q.C. Plan will include:

  • Responsible Personnel and their specific assignments
  • Safety Requirements
  • Equipment Inspections
  • Fire Prevention Techniques
  • Submittal Review
  • Subcontractor & Supplier Requirements
  • 3 Part Inspection Plan including:
    • Preparatory Inspection, Initial Inspection and Follow-up Inspection
    • Documentation Requirements
    • Deficiencies and Corrective Action Log
